Last month, we added biodegradable shrink seals on all CBD bottles to eliminate any chance of potential damage to or leakage from the bottles and medical pipettes during transport.
All tests so far clearly show that the products will not get damaged during long overseas transport legs in cargo planes without pressurised cargo rooms, nor if dropped from a height of more than 200 cm onto a concrete surface etc.
However, if any product should get damaged during transport, we will replace it. Just send our customer service team pictures or videos and they will arrange the replacement for you.
